How To shop & Order On Line

• Signing in/details - once you are a registered user on pulasardirect.co.uk all of your details will be logged and saved, this means that you have your own private password for access to your Pulsar account, this make the shopping on line experience, more efficient and stress-free. • Find A Product - look either by using the product search box on the left hand side of the home page with a description of the product required, or by selecting one of the product groupings on the left hand column after clicking on the 'Online Catalogue' from the home page.
• Add The Item To Your Basket - to add a product to your order - enter quantity required and click 'add to cart'.
• Go to Checkout - you will now be guided through a three stage process of providing us with account information, preferred delivery address and payment method - to assure a smooth ordering process..
• The first stage will require your individual trade account number, name and address, these will be saved after your first order with us - however, the delivery address can be amended for each order
• The second stage will require delivery information - free next day delivery for orders over £50.00, minimum orders will be charged at £4.95
• The third stage will require payment method information, please input card details of required payment and input card billing address, existing customers can purchase on credit, as per the agreed terms and conditions. Contact us today to arrange for direct debt to be set-up on your account (click here for DD Form) and save and extra 2% on orders.
• Proceed To Check-Out/Payment - when you are ready to pay for your plumbing supplies, click on confirm order, it is only then that your order will be sent over to us
• Once complete you will receive an email outlining your order. Existing customers will be able to log into their account to see their order history.
