Customers can only return items that have been agreed
Any items returned without prior agreement will be treated as unauthorised returns
Notification of a return/credit must be done within the following timescales:
Damaged Goods - By 1pm the following working day of delivery
Non-delivery - By 1pm the following working day of delivery
For all other returns Pulsar direct professional plumbing supplies must be notified and a unique returns number obtained within 21 days from the
date of purchase unless the goods are faulty and under warranty

Overcharge
Telesales/Rep Ordered Incorrectly
Warehouse Mis-pick
If returns for the above are investigated and found to be inaccurate there maybe a handling charge applied regardless pf the original reason
Once the URN number is obtained the customer is responsible for returning the goods to Pulsar direct professional plumbing supplies within 14 days of obtaining the URN
If Pulsar direct makes an exception and arranges collection, the customer must ensure that the URN number is clearly visible on the return. If the goods are not available for collection as agreed, the customer becomes responsible for returning goods at their cost, within the set timescales
The responsibility of returning goods in the expected condition to Pulsar direct is the responsibility of the customer
