Dosage:
Ferronex should be dosed at 1% of the system volume.
1 litre per 100 litres of system water in a typical 50,000
btu system. Extra volume (2-3%) is required for larger
systems. Overdosing does not present a problem.
Dose via the F/E cistern in open systems or use a
Guardian dosing tank in sealed systems. Fill by injecting
via the filling loop or other suitable access point

Application:
Ferronex should be circulated at normal operating
temperature with all valves open & the pump set to
high for a minimum of 2 hours or until performance is
restored.
Excessive fouling will require longer until satisfactory
performance is restored. The system should be flushed
properly from ALL drain off points until clear. Refill and
treat with G1000 Inhibitor. Ferronex is a multi-metal
treatment suitable for all types of indirect heating
systems.
No neutralization treatment is required.
