Details
1ltr is sufficient to treat a typical 50,000 BTU system
Easy to use
Self sealing liquid for leaks
Overdosing does not present a problem
Helps to improve efficiency and conserve energy
Should be dosed at 1-2% of system volume
Not for use in primatic systems
Dosage:
G9000 should be dosed at 1-2% of the system volume.
1 litre per 100 litres of system water. One litre of G9000
is sufficient to treat a typical 50,000 btu system.
Extra volume is required for larger systems.
Overdosing does not present a problem.
Application:
G9000 is a self sealing liquid for leaks of up to 10 litres
a day.
It is for internal use in indirect heating systems.
Instructions:
Remove from the system any filter, flush the system
and eliminate deposits, shake the bottle well. Pour the
necessary liquid into the system at a ratio of about 1-2
litres per 100 litres of water.
For open vented systems add via the header tank.
For sealed systems add via the radiator using an injector.
If added via the header tank ensure the Leak Sealer is
circulated throughout the system by draining off 5 - 10
litres of water.
If necessary add additional G9000, bring the system to
its maximum working temperature and pressure, keep
temperature and pressure at a constant value for at a
least 7 hours (4 hours for boiler sealing only), keep the
self-sealing liquid circulating from 1 - 5 days (floor
system) and remove any splashes from any object.
