Dawsetway Limited is a provider of solar heating, central heating, insulation, electrical work and Decent Home refurbishment throughout London and the South East. “We are a large company with around 80 vans on the road at any one time,” said Paul Monk, purchasing manager of Dawsetway Limited. “We can place orders daily with Pulsar direct for next day delivery, ensuring each of our teams have all the correct parts and supplies for their individual jobs each day. This ‘just in time’ management system gives us greater efficiencies and means we have less capital tied up in stock.”

Dawsetway Limited has used a variety of products from Pulsar direct for the maintenance of domestic central heating systems, including a variety of valves from Pulsar direct’s own Sure range of professional plumbing supplies, and chemical water treatment products to ensure that the central heating systems are running efficiently.

Working for public sector organisations, property developers and private homeowners, Dawsetway manage every project from beginning to end, using in-house specialist technicians, tradesmen and planning experts.

“At first we were not sure Pulsar direct would be able to keep up with our high demand for products,” said Paul Monk. “ But they have provided an excellent service and it’s far more cost effective to buy direct.”
